Contacts & user profiles

NEW IN 5.1 Linchpin Mobile is compatible with Confluence’s Dark Mode. Yay! 🥳

Click on the Contacts button within the mobile navigation.

Use the search bar to find users. Enter the user’s name.

Now you have two options:

a) Click on the user to view their profile.

b) Click on the phone button to call the user.

Click on the Contacts button within the mobile navigation.

Click on the user to view their profile.

In the right upper corner of the user’s profile, click on the ☆ star button. The user will be added to your contacts.

To remove the user from your contacts, click on the ★ star button (filled in) again.

Click on the Contacts button within the mobile navigation.

Use the search bar to find users. Enter the user’s name.

Click on the user to view their profile.

Within the user profile, click on the mail button.

Your mail app will open.

Within the user profile, click on the chat button.

Your chat app will open.

Please note that for this feature to work, a profile field must be configured to use the XMPP chat protocol.

Furthermore, this profile field must be located within the Contact area profile category.

Within the user profile, click on the phone button.

A dialog window will open. Click on the Call [number] button.

A call will start.

Linchpin Mobile is compatible with the newest function of Linchpin User Profiles now.

The custom header image a user uploads to their profile is also visible in the mobile view of their profile!
