How can I hide the numbers in the ‘Likes’ & ‘Comments’ labels?

To hide the numbers, tap on the “More” menu icon, then go to “General settings” and turn off the toggle “Show text description”.

This applies not only to the Mircoblog, but also to all other pages on which numbers are displayed next to the like or comment.
