Create a custom login screen
NEW IN SUITE 6.2 & ESSENTIALS 3.2 With Linchpin Theme you can define the look and feel of your Linchpin Intranet both for the light and dark mode. Make sure your site looks snazzy, no matter what mode users prefer!
How to configure the login screen
Navigate to Confluence administration > Linchpin Theme > Login Screen.
Background image
Individualize the login experience and welcome your users with a custom background image.
Click on Upload image (or on Replace image if there is an image already uploaded) and choose your file (.png or .jpg).
If you wish to restore the default settings, click on Reset to default. This action will delete your background image.
We recommend to use an image in landscape format with a minimal resolution of 1920 x 1080 px.
The maximum file size you can upload as a login screen background image depends on the settings within the Confluence administration. Linchpin Theme doesn’t set its own limits.
Welcome message
You can add a custom message to welcome your users. Use the provided text editor to enter your message. Apply styles like bold, italic or headings, if you like.
On the right side of your screen, you will find a preview window. To preview the changes, click on any area outside the text editor after you created your message. The preview will refresh automatically.
Please note: Make sure that Linchpin Theme is active.
