Why should I use the profile field type date input (new)?
It allows users to select a date. This field type can be set to include or exclude the year.
Perfect to use as a “birthday” field or “in team since” field.
Special configuration
Show year
Enable this option if you want the date to consist of yyyy/mm/dd.
Disable this option if you want the date to consist of only mm/dd.
