What you can expect when introducing your intranet
Workshops
Our experienced Linchpin experts will conduct various workshops with you at the start of the project to record and implement your requirements. You will receive strategic and conceptual advice and we will evaluate how these can be implemented in the system based on your requirements and use cases.
Configuration & Implementation
We then work out your requirements in joint workshops and implement them on a test system. We then check whether the configuration actually meets all your requirements. If necessary, we adjust the configuration of the individual Linchpin modules based on the feedback.
Trainings
We then help you to create suitable training concepts for (end) users and take all the necessary precautions to ensure that Linchpin can be used productively in your company. Finally, there is the hypercare phase of 2-4 weeks. During this phase, we are happy to answer any remaining questions and provide technical support if necessary.
Go-live & Hypercare phase
The project team and the power users should be familiar with the system and its functions so that content can be added to the system during the project phase. After the go-live, additional training should also be offered to the remaining teams so that the knowledge is distributed throughout the company and the introduction to the new intranet can take place as quickly and easily as possible for everyone.
