We are proud and excited to congratulate BSH Hausgeräte: Its Linchpin intranet won the Inkometa Award in the Social Intranet / Collaboration category. The award represents one of the most important prizes for internal communication in Germany. It has been awarded since 2018 in the categories “Media”, “Strategy”, “Campaign”, “Intranet & Digital Workspace” and “International Internal Communication”.

Together with our partner XALT, BSH Hausgeräte introduced the Linchpin Intranet Suite to their company. The goal was to provide employees with a fully personalized collaboration platform that connects teams, locations, tools and people. We are honored that BSH Hausgeräte’s Linchpin Social Intranet has now won the Inkometa Award.

The desire was for a dynamic, modern intranet with social features, options for personalization, which strengthens collaboration and social interaction within the company. Furthermore, the access and distribution of knowledge in the company had to be strengthened – content should be reliably available to all users at any time and from anywhere.

Thanks to the great support of XALT, BSH Hausgeräte now has a modern social intranet in place that emphasizes personalization, collaboration and cooperation, and has even won a prestigious award for doing so. The BSH intranet now offers a simple, modern entry point for all employees around the globe – and it’s available in 51 countries and in 25 different languages.
