Linchpin isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution for all staff within a company.  It can be adapted to my needs.  From a custom-fit start page and navigation, to relevant news, Linchpin gives me a personalized experience based on my profile settings such as language, department, or interests.

With Linchpin I can keep up with all that’s happening.  Thanks to the mobile Intranet app, I can access the latest news, take part in discussions or find the right contact person for my questions, from anywhere.  The interactive Linchpin Touch Displays in the cantine or on the factory floor bring the news to colleagues even if they’re not on a computer.

A central communication hub: internally and externally

Whether with partners, customers, or suppliers, Linchpin allows me to exchange information with all parties in protected areas, make necessary documents available, and manage access rights.

My staff needs professional support and the right person to fulfill their needs.  Linchpin offers a great solution: the expert-search with a well-thought-out filter function.  The solution makes sure that my employees find exactly the person they need – for example, a colleague that works in HR, located in Frankfurt, knowledgeable in Business English, and who is also familiar with G Suite.

Events and workshops at a glance

Linchpin integrates personal appointments in my company.  I can create events in our Intranet and share them with my colleagues.  In just a few steps I can set the location, date, and background information for an onboarding workshop, summer party, or team meeting.  I can keep an eye on who has registered and if there are still free places available.  Events or appointments that I sign-up for show up in my personal calendar automatically.
